Data Privacy Policy

This web page aims to inform the SFYR application user, created by PleeKees, of its privacy policy on user data that these could provide, and/or allow access, during the SFYR application use.

By using the SFYR application you accept the privacy policy described below.

Required permissions

The SFYR application use requires four permissions that the user have to accept in order to fully benefit of the experience that the SFYR application features can offer.

Acceptance of these permissions is mandatory without conditions.

The permissions and their utilities are described below :

• Permission to access the internet network of their mobile
  The aim of this permission is to allow the application to realize Internet connections to the server where are recorded all the data of different users.
  
  Internet access is only done when using the application.
  
  
• Permission to access the geographical position of their mobile
  The aim of this permission is to allow the application to get the geographical position of an user in the framework of the Event and/or Profile Search features.
  
  The location take is performed only when using the application.
  
  
• Permission to read a file within their mobile
  The purpose of this permission is to allow the application to read a file from the user's mobile.
  
  The reading of a file is performed only as part of the reading of an image present in the user's notebook when the latter wants to add a photo to his Profile or Album of an archived event in which he participated.
  
  The reading of a file is performed only when using the application.
  
  
• Permission to write a file within their mobile
  The purpose of this permission is to allow the application to write a file to the user's laptop.
  
  The writing of a file is carried out only in the context of downloading an image present within the Album of an archived event, to which a user would have participated, and which he would like to recover on his mobile.
  
  The writing of a file is performed only when using the application.
  
  

User data

The SFYR application use requires the processing of user data to fully benefit of the experience that the application features can offer him.

The data processing performed is described below :

• Harvesting user data
  The collection of user data is dependent on the action of the latter within the various functionalities that the SFYR application can offer him.
  
  The collection of user data is only used when using the application in case of :
  _ update data related to a User Profile
  _ recording data related to the creation of an event by a User Profile
  _ update of data related to an event (Management, Contribution, Participant ...)
  _ data update as part of a relationship between user (Deletion, Addition, Invitation ...)
  _ update a Chat (Participation, Message ...)
  
  For the most part, any type of user interface action made available by the application can result in data being collected.
  
  
• Transfer of user data
  The transfer of user data is dependent on the action of the latter within the various functionalities that the SFYR application can offer him.
  
  The transfer of user data is only used when using the application in case of :
  _ harvesting user data
  _ retransmitting user data to another for viewing Profiles or Events
  
  For the most part, any type of user interface action provided by the application can result in data transfer.
  
  The transfer of user data is carried out via secure protocol Https certified.
  
  
• Backup of user data
  The backup of user data is dependent on the action of the latter within the various functionalities that the SFYR application can offer him.
  
  Backup of user data is only used when using the application in case of :
  _ harvesting user data
  
  Backup of user data is done using a database.
  
  In accordance with current legislation on the processing of user data, a user may, at his request, see all this information deleted of our database after identifying it.
  
  The username, the email address and the password will be required to perform the identification of the user. Without this information, we will be unable to confirm the identity of the user, and forced to respond to his request for deletion of data via the following email address: pleekees@gmail.com
  
  
• User data processing
  The treatment of user data is dependent on the action of the latter within the various functionalities that the SFYR application can offer him.
  
  User data processing is only used when using the application in case of :
  _ harvesting user data
  _ transfer of user data
  
  The treatment of users will be subject to statistical analysis, the result of which may be highlighted in order to establish external collaborations.
  
  The information entered and acquired by the user during the use of the application will not be subject to any financial transaction or transfer data to any other legal or natural person, except in case of sale of the application to a third person.
  
  
• Confidentiality of user data
  The use and preservation of these data are governed by the legislation in force in the country in which the SFYR application was created, ie France.
  
  PleeKees is therefore committed to complying with the Data Protection Act (CNIL) relating to computers, files and data.
  
  PleeKees therefore commits to respect the GDPR.
